Consider the first person who decided to put a mortgage calculator on their mortgage website.  This person decided to make their site more interesting and appealing for somebody who was thinking about getting a home loan.  He or she offered a valuable tool to keep customers on their website.  Now you can’t visit a mortgage website without seeing one of these calculators.

The same hold true for a financial website that specializes in the stock market.  A live feed with up to the minute updates on stocks or maybe the inclusion of stock quote applications will keep customers around longer for these types of sites.

If you are looking to add fresh content on a regular basis to your niche site consider hiring an expert to write articles for you.  Your website could receive continuous updates on whatever topics you wanted.  Your customers would love it and I know Google would give you some love back also with some valuable back-links.
