Starting an affiliate online business is a great way to enter the exciting world of the home business owner.  If you’re like me and have little start up cash for a home business, affiliate programs are the way to go.  A lot of the affiliate programs don’t require any fees to join and some even supply you with a website.

SFI is a great affiliate program to start out with.  They have a lot of good training resources and several areas of focus so you can pick which appeals to you most.  Personally sponsored affiliates are placed into your own genealogy report becoming part of your team.  If they make money you make money.  So the more personally sponsored affiliates you have the greater your income will be.  SFI also puts you in what is called a power line report.  This means everybody who joins SFI after you goes underneath you and you earn a commission on what these affiliates sell.  These are not even your personally sponsored affiliates.  So not only do you make a commission off of what you sell, what your personally sponsored affiliates sell but you also earn a commission on what those in the power line sell.  Amazingly this program is free to join.

A couple of other great affiliate programs are Empowerism and Success University.  These are both pay affiliate sites but they don’t just offer a highly profitable program they have some of the most recognized training programs in the industry.  Success University alone has over two hundred training courses available with some of the top trainers in the affiliate industry.  Empowerism also offers a training center with tools for those who are newbies to the affiliate business and for those who are more advanced.  Empowerism also offers an 80% up-front commission.
